Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy covers this website. When you use our enquiry form, it prepares a draft in your own email app. Your enquiry is sent only when you press Send in that app. We use the information you send to respond and manage your enquiry or booking; we do not automatically add you to marketing lists.

Please use our enquiry page to ask about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, administer our work and meet applicable obligations. External booking, music, video and social services have their own privacy policies.

Website analytics and cookie choices

Updated 29 October 2026. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and page performance without analytics cookies or cross-site visitor profiles. Cloudflare receives technical page and performance information.

Google Analytics 4 loads only if you allow analytics cookies. It measures visits, page views and selected interactions such as opening an enquiry email draft, choosing a booking link or playing audio. Opening a draft or a booking link is not confirmation that an enquiry was sent or a booking completed. We do not intentionally send your form answers, name, email address, telephone number or message to analytics. The Google Analytics integration removes query strings and fragments from page addresses and referrers.

Google Analytics uses first-party _ga cookies, which can remain for up to two years. Your cookie choice is stored on this device for up to six months. Choose Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you browsing, enquiring or booking. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are not enabled by this integration.

Google and Cloudflare process analytics information through their services, which may involve processing outside the UK. See Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their processing information. Analytics reports are used to improve this website and understand interest in our services.
